We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Expert to join our team at DENSO Philippines Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective and efficient operation of procurement processes, ensuring timely delivery of parts, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and control supplier Purchase Orders
• Monitor and compile MSDS reports for chemical purchases
• Communicate with DNJP, other OGC, and foreign suppliers on parts concerns
• Process receiving reports and checks invoice prices in CIGMA against invoices
• Process invoices and delivery receipts to the Finance Department for payment
• Handle and request issuance of debit and credit memos from suppliers
• Generate and update monthly cost-down reports
• Generate and update reports on assigned KPI accomplishments monthly
• Perform value analysis and value engineering
• Assist in making monthly performance evaluation reports to suppliers
• Support in the evaluation and accreditation of suppliers
• Support and assist other departments on supplier concerns
• Assist suppliers in quality system, environmental, and technical matters

Requirements

• Graduate of any Business or Engineering course
• Relevant work experience in Purchasing, Logistics, and Manufacturing Operations will be an advantage
• Familiar with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001)
• Above-average communication and interpersonal skills
• Good presentation skills
• Resourceful and keen to details

Salary

Salary between PHP 19,300.00 and PHP 19,300.00
