Job Opportunity: Event Trader

We are seeking an accomplished and enthusiastic individual to fill the position of Event Trader. As a key member of our sports trading team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional sports offerings and providing customers with an industry-leading experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • The compilation of odds both manually and automatically, using automated data feeds.
  • Effective risk management of Soccer events to achieve optimum pre-event margin.
  • Customer profiling both overall and on a bet-by-bet basis.
  • Improvement of the performance of the trading tools.
  • Ensuring the delivery of a comprehensive industry-leading sports offering.
  • Development and management of data-driven, analytical tools for the creation of odds.
  • Monitoring, in a proactive manner, competitors' offers and products. Providing insight and suggesting ways to increase competitiveness.
  • Identifying risks and taking necessary actions to eliminate or minimize risks.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Working Experience in a relevant position is desirable.
  • A strong interest in and knowledge of soccer.
  • A good understanding of sports odds.
  • Excellent attention to detail and good analytical and numerical skills.
  • A data and customer-focused mindset.
  • Able to cope with a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • Strong computer skills with advanced MS Excel skills.
  • A can-do attitude and a team player.
  • BSc in Mathematics / Physics / Engineering / Economics.
  • An advanced level of English.

This is a full-time position, 100% on-site in our office in Sao Paulo.
