Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI engineer to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams, applying state-of-the-art NLP techniques to practical use cases. Your expertise in fine-tuning or adapting foundation models for domain-specific use cases will be essential in driving business growth and success.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement LLM pipelines for document understanding, retrieval-augmented generation, and intelligent classification tasks.
  • Fine-tune or adapt foundation models to suit specific business needs.
  • Evaluate and benchmark LLM performance on custom tasks and datasets.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to build end-user features powered by AI.
  • Monitor and optimize inference performance, latency, and cost.
Qualifications And Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 1 year of hands-on work with LLMs.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience integrating models via APIs.
  • Understanding of embeddings, vector search, and semantic retrieval techniques.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering, model evaluation, and fine-tuning practices.
  • Demonstrated experience contributing to deployed AI-powered products or internal tools.
