Responsibilities and Attributes- Ensure a holistic view of our needs for experience;
- Lead the development of solutions from conception to launch;
- Conduct research and prototypes until monitoring the performance of the product;
- Solve problems with expertise and empathy for the pains and needs of users and Loft;
- Create flows, conceptual diagrams and user journeys;
- Design innovative and scalable products;
- Validate products at different stages;
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Design System components;
- Spread design culture in the company;
- Work in an environment that encourages autonomy;
- Estimate yourself open to giving and receiving feedbacks;
- Be self-directed and organized;
- Fluency in using Figma;
- Research and analysis methods;
- Prototyping tools;
- Usability testing;
- Design Thinking;
- Project management;
- Micro interactions;
- Familiarity with data analysis tools;
