RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- 10 years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to develop processes and controls to provide management assurance of risk mitigating controls.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present clear and concise recommendations to senior management, clients, industry stakeholders, and regulators.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a changing environment with a high degree of accuracy and detail.
