Job Description:
  • Act strategically to build and strengthen a global brand with internal and external audiences, promoting institutional communication aligned with culture, products, and vision for the future.
  • Plan and execute institutional communication actions focused on strengthening the brand for employees, customers, and partners.
  • Produce strategic content about products, results, culture, and the company's future for channels such as websites, social networks, presentations, and corporate reports.
  • Develop campaigns aligned with the business strategy, connecting communication to the customer journey.
  • Support the construction of narratives that reinforce our positioning as an innovative company committed to sustainability.
  • Manage and update institutional channels (website, blog, releases, internal and external newsletters).
  • Support internal areas with materials to support communication (commercial pitches, speeches, notes, announcements, videos).
  • Work in synergy with the Marketing, Product, Human Resources, and Commercial areas to ensure consistency and coherence in messages.
  • Produce content focused on the company's culture and values for external audiences.
  • Monitor and report results of campaigns and institutional actions.
