Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work closely with the Chief Growth Officer to develop and implement high-level sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • To drive the sales team towards meeting and exceeding revenue targets by identifying growth opportunities and optimizing sales processes.
  • To create and analyze sales reports to provide insights into performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • To foster effective collaboration within the sales team and across other departments to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to business objectives.
  • To assist in managing key client relationships and participate in high-level client meetings when necessary.
  • To promptly address challenges and issues within the sales team, proposing and implementing solutions.
