Product Design Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Product Design Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various aspects of product design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate product design activities and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Create visual designs using 2D and 3D software, including sketches, infographics, and models.
  • Produce renders and animations to effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Prepare presentation materials for internal and customer-facing audiences.
  • Manage prototypes, documentation, and product data to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in the packaging industry or B2B environments.
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills, with the ability to combine methodology with out-of-the-box creativity.
  • Excellent customer relations and people management skills, with the ability to maintain relationships with customers and lead teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and cultural differences while leading or being led in multicultural teams.
  • Demonstrated excellent communication skills, including storytelling, and a responsible approach towards company assets and knowledge.
