Job Title: Associate Portfolio ManagementWe are seeking a highly skilled Associate Portfolio Management professional to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering positive relationships with our investors, shareholders, and financial community.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate our company's financial performance, strategies, and objectives to the investment community.
- Gather feedback and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Keep track of the company's financial performance to ensure compliance with covenants specified in financial agreements.
- Serve as the point of contact for investors regarding waiver requests or covenant breaches.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess situations, develop strategies, and prepare necessary documentation for discussions with investors.
- Participate in negotiations with investors to reach mutually agreeable terms for waivers or amendments to covenant requirements.
- Provide regular updates to management and investors on the status of waiver requests, covenant compliance, and any related developments.
- Identify potential risks related to covenant breaches and advise on strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
- At least 3 years of project finance experience in Banking/Infrastructure/Energy companies.
- Negotiation abilities with commercial and subsidized banks.
- Knowledge of accounting and tax mechanics regarding financing.
- Knowledge of financial instruments.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, economics, or related field.
- English and Spanish are essential. Portuguese is a differential.
