Job Title: Cyber Security & Compliance Management

Cyber security is a critical component of any organization's operations. This role will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cybersecurity and compliance within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain effective security policies, procedures, and best practices to protect the organization from cyber threats;
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending mitigation strategies to ensure the organization remains secure;
  • Provide expert-level guidance on cybersecurity in the context of automotive solutions, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments;
  • Represent the organization in cross-functional committees and initiatives related to product and information cybersecurity, fostering collaboration and driving results;
  • Respond to security incidents promptly, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to minimize impact and ensure swift resolution;
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance staff awareness and best practices, promoting a culture of cybersecurity within the organization;
  • Stay informed about the latest industry standards, regulations, and technologies, applying this knowledge to inform strategic decisions and drive business success;
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy, embedding security into every aspect of our operations.
Requirements:
  • Hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field;
  • Possess extensive experience in cybersecurity, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role, with a proven track record of success;
  • Hold relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSK, CEH, or equivalent knowledge of industry standards like ISO 27001, ISO 21434, NIST, GDPR;
  • Experience working with security tools and technologies such as TARA, SIEM, IDS/IPS, VPN;
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, networking, and problem-solving skills;
  • Have experience working in global enterprises;
  • Possess expertise in risk compliance and information security policy development;
  • Exhibit high integrity and professionalism at all times.
