We are seeking a seasoned Software Development professional to lead the implementation of supply chain systems. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for designing and deploying solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement software applications for supply chain management, including system design, requirements gathering, and architecture specification.
  • Maintain close collaboration with clients to map business processes and translate them into technical documentation, ensuring seamless integration with our systems.
  • Lead technical teams in project development, guaranteeing high-quality coding standards and best practices.
  • Provide expert consultation services to clients, adhering to our established methodology.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Advanced experience in programming languages (C#, Python, Java) and database management (SQL Server/Oracle).
  • Familiarity with data modeling and relational databases.
  • Expertise in Web Services (REST/SOAP) using XML and JSON.
  • Proven leadership experience in software development projects.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent teamwork, initiative, versatility, and discipline in meeting deadlines and goals.
  • Availability for travel and willingness to work in a CLT environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience with reporting software (SSRS) and label generation (Bartender).
