This position focuses on recognizing areas for enhancement in service execution, applying standardized procedures, and managing potential risks throughout the service process.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Guarantee the accuracy and timely delivery of project outcomes.
  2. Implement service delivery protocols for clients.
  3. Engage in risk assessment activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
  4. Support the Design/Technical Engineer in executing technical projects and proposals.
  5. Establish and nurture client relationships to advocate for company offerings.
  6. Ensure adherence to corporate and regulatory standards by conducting self-assessments and site inspections using the Compliance Assessment Tool (CAT).
  7. Facilitate Service Quality Meetings with clients and enhance performance through actionable strategies.
  8. Contribute to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) and Quality programs.
  9. Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with HSE regulations.
  10. Maintain up-to-date safety training certifications.
  11. Provide support to the Job Delivery Lead and PSD Managers during their absence.
