This role involves participating in fragrance evaluations and sensory testing, providing feedback and insights to the perfumery team. You will also learn and master the systems, tools, and processes in fragrance creation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of fragrance projects.

• Participate in fragrance evaluations and sensory testing

• Maintain accurate documentation and records
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in perfumery techniques, ingredients, and industry regulations

• A strong passion for perfumery and fragrance creation
• A degree in chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field of science (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong olfactory abilities
• Drive, hard work, and commitment to deliver high-quality results and meet project deadlines
• Creative thinking and ability to translate ideas into fragrances
• Effective communication skills to collaborate and work in a team environment
