Job Description
This role requires an experienced Area Geophysicist to join our Processing and Imaging team in Rio de Janeiro. As part of a senior leadership team, you will set high standards for project delivery, managing multidiscipline teams and ensuring effective knowledge sharing across projects. You will also think strategically, identifying and remediating issues impacting project delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in time and depth domain including FWI, with expertise in Elastic FWI, OBN, and 4D Processing. You will also manage people performance, identify skill gaps, and create training plans to ensure continuous technical and professional competence within our teams.
