Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Anaesthetics ODP to join our team at The Kings Oak Hospital. As an Anaesthetics Practitioner, you will provide planned care for patients undergoing anaesthetic and surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management of work as required.
  • Supervise, lead, and train the theatre team when necessary.
  • Prepare a wide range of specialist equipment and drugs, including anaesthetic machines, intravenous equipment, and devices that safely secure the patient's airway during anaesthesia.

Working at The Kings Oak Hospital

As a member of our theatre team, you will work closely with the surgical team and other parts of the operating theatre and hospital to provide essential support during surgical procedures. You will also be responsible for the preparation and safe transfer of patients to the Critical Care or Recovery area.

Requirements

  • HCPC registration.
  • Experience in anaesthetic and surgical procedures.
