Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned payroll expert to join our team in LATAM. As a senior payroll analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payroll data processing.

The position involves validating vendor results according to the payroll outsourcing interface, comparing payroll results to previous records using transferred data and payroll results based on HR data, and collaborating with local teams and external providers on processing activities.

This role requires attention to detail, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. You will work closely with stakeholders to resolve payroll-related issues and maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
