Relational Specialist

• Act proactively in relation to activities aimed at building relations with strategic stakeholders, including public authorities at the municipal level, environmental agencies, universities, associations, rural unions, councils, and communities within our operating territory.
• Support the construction of a stakeholder engagement plan and the elaboration of a positive agenda with key stakeholders.
• Work on mapping stakeholders, building a monitoring matrix, analyzing risks, opportunities, and threats.
• Negotiate various topics, such as taxes, tax incentives, environmental licensing, land expropriation, and other matters of interest to our organization with its stakeholders.
• Lead presentations to various stakeholders and represent our organization externally whenever necessary.
• Map out action needs with operational areas, demand the construction of a positive agenda, and monitor the political scenario in our region.
• Work directly in the elaboration of books for municipalities with strategic information that help us build/maintain relationships and make informed decisions.
• Act as an interlocutor between companies, municipal governments, and local leaders in the conduction of projects of interest to our business or demands from various stakeholders, ensuring our organization's image.
• Follow the legislative agenda of interest to our organization and outline an action strategy.
• Act in conflict management whenever necessary.
• Contribute to the construction of plans and strategic actions with municipalities where we operate.
• Support management in our organization's representations in various external situations.

• A degree in a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.
• Willingness to relocate to the job location.
