Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating successful design projects for web and mobile platforms, proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools like InVision or Axure. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas clearly.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to understand user needs and pain points.
- Data-Driven Design: Analyze data and feedback to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
- Design Strategy: Develop and implement UX/UI strategies that align with product goals and company vision.
- Visual Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications for web and mobile applications.
- Design Systems: Ensure consistency in visual elements, adhering to branding guidelines and design systems.
