Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring that customer service standards are met, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role, with excellent leadership and communication skills. They must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise staff and ensure that they are performing their duties to the highest standard
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as necessary
  • Manage cash register operations, including handling sales, returns, and exchanges
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role
