Financial Services Risk Management Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Services Risk Management Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of a team of risk analysts, ensuring that our KYC records are up to date and accurate.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversight of a team of risk analysts conducting thorough customer due diligence reviews
- Analyzing customer and business activities to identify potential risks
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in financial services operations (preferably in CDD/EDD/AML or Risk Assessment domain)
- Excellent understanding of regulatory frameworks surrounding KYC/AML
- Punctual, independent, proactive, and willing to take ownership of tasks
- Fast learner with ability to become a subject matter expert for the team
