Lead Data Solutions Developer

We are seeking a skilled data expert to join our team and lead the development of innovative data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop strategic data plans.
  • Design, build, and deploy data systems and analytics tools using various technologies such as Tableau, SQL Server, and SSIS.
  • Develop and maintain technical training programs for colleagues and ensure operational environment efficiency.
  • Conduct regular system health checks and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless data processing and reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements to our data infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven expertise in data modeling, data warehousing, and data visualization.
  • Strong understanding of database architecture, including relational databases and data governance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Experience with ETL processes, data quality, and data security is highly desirable.
