Machine Learning Engineer

The Role involves working with clients to integrate machine learning models into their existing systems. Key responsibilities include designing, developing and optimizing machine learning models using LangChain and Python, as well as developing APIs, databases and user-facing services for delivering ML/AI solutions.

  • Design and develop machine learning models using LangChain and Python.
  • Develop APIs, databases and user-facing services for delivering ML/AI solutions.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines for training and model evaluation.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Extensive experience with LLMs, prompt engineering and AI-powered applications.

This is a full-time position that requires 5+ years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role. Advanced English is required, and successful completion of a four-year college degree is also necessary.

We're looking for someone with strong understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and vector databases, as well as experience integrating and deploying ML models in production environments.

A positive mindset and a can-do attitude are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.

Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams and large, complex systems is also highly valued.
