This position plays a critical role in implementing HR solutions that contribute to the organization's objectives in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement local and corporate HR strategies, policies, and processes to support the company's vision, business strategies, and goals.">
  • Provide timely information and education on HR issues to all levels of the organization.">
  • Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.">
  • Provide HR expertise in areas such as feedback, employee relations, development, and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.">
  • Participate in the continual development of HR programs, including recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development.">
  • Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.">
  • Lead core HR processes across products, including performance calibration, compensation cycle, and promotions.">
  • Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to the client group.">
  • Partner with Learning & Development to work on value-added programs in areas of training, development, career mobility, and job performance.">
  • Deliver HR practices such as recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, etc.">
  • Support the leadership team in maximizing workforce efficiency while increasing organizational capabilities.">
  • Support talent processes by educating managers to generate objective and fair decisions, counseling, and supporting them on learning needs and skill gap analysis.">
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.">
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.">
  • Act as a change agent and employee champion, providing expertise in the area of people and organizational development.">
  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing proactive and solid HR consultancy, advice, and coaching.">

Required Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Prior HR generalist experience is mandatory.">
  • Proven experience working as a HRBP Coordinator, HRBP Supervisor, or similar role.">
  • Experience working in a highly commercial, matrix environment.">
  • Desirable: Experience working with US organizations and cultures, postgraduate degree in the relevant field, familiarity with Workday human resources management system, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.">
  • Advanced Excel skills are mandatory.">
  • Mandatory Advanced/Fluent English.">
  • High accountability, self-driven, and proactive approach.">
  • Strong organization skills, including setting priorities, planning, structuring project deliverables, and problem-solving.">
  • Strong analytic ability and skills, using data and metrics to evaluate needs, identify trends, drive change, and measure impact.">
  • Very 'Hands-on' and detail-oriented.">
  • Skilful in building partnerships and working collaboratively across multiple teams.">
  • Broad and deep experience as an HRBP leader with generalist knowledge of organizational development, talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, employee engagement, compensation practices, employee and union relations, diversity, workforce management, and Brazilian labor law.">
  • Able to manage multiple, complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently.">

Estimated Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
