Job Title: Full Stack Software Engineer (Mid-Senior Level)

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with expertise in technologies such as React.js and Java.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive product development of the Records Management System (RMS) and related sub-products, focusing on enhancing usability, quality, and feature set.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to understand requirements, create estimates, plan sprints, and meet delivery timelines.
  • Develop a clean, reusable client integration system following secure cloud software best practices.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and automated build and deployment processes designed to increase engineer efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of technical end-to-end product ownership and ability to meet deadlines.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Frontend Web Developer (React).
  • 3+ years of experience as a Back End Developer (Java).
  • High level of proficiency in Typescript.
  • Proficiency in contemporary frontend bundlers, package managers, and build tools.
  • Knowledge of or prior experience with microservices architecture.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.
