The Senior Financial Controller plays a pivotal role in the financial management of the organization, ensuring effective budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs). This position is responsible for analyzing monthly financial results, budgets, forecasts, and long-term projections to identify areas for improvement and optimize business profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidate and analyze monthly financial reports to inform strategic decision-making;
- Monitor and manage operational expenses to ensure cost governance;
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business growth and expansion;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and automation initiatives;
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform business strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting;
- Proven experience in Controllership, Financial Planning, and Performance Analysis;
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (PowerPoint, Power BI, or similar);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with senior leadership and stakeholders;
- Ability to work strategically, with business acumen and analytical skills.
