We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Manager to join our team in Latin America. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with business leaders to develop and track financial plans.
- Financial Reporting: Provide timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly and quarterly results, to support business decision-making.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with business leaders to understand opportunities, drive objectives, and address risks.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial planning and analysis capabilities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant analytical experience, prior FP&A experience in multinational companies.
- Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint skills, and Power BI. Knowledge of Oracle, TM1, and SAP FC systems required.
- Language: Fluent English level and advanced Spanish.
- Contract Type: CLT.
- Work Model: Mixed model, 2 days a week in the office and 3 days a week remote work.
