The Senior Associate Benefits is a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of benefit plans for Latin America.
This involves high-touch customer service, handling day-to-day administration and analysis of benefit plans, and providing timely resolution to escalated benefit issues.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in benefits administrative support services and possess strong communication skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Experience with benefits enrollment/administration systems, HRIS, and Workday is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer and analyze Latin American benefit plans and programs
- Handle benefits queries and provide timely resolutions
- Conduct new hire benefits orientations and assist with enrollment in benefits programs and retirement savings plans
- Coordinate open enrollment timelines and processes
- Work with vendors and HRIS to ensure accuracy in transmission of eligibility and enrollment files
- Process employee benefits events in HRIS and vendor systems and maintain benefits data
- Provide guidance on leave of absence programs and offer administrative support to the Benefits team
- Ensure benefit programs comply with laws and regulations of Latin America
- Conduct reconciliations and audits
