Job Title: Customer Development Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Development Executive to join our team in Porto Velho, Rondonia, Brazil. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and optimizing customer relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer visit plans to achieve sales targets and optimize customer relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date on pricing policies, stock levels, and promotions to provide informed negotiations with customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and product launches to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quarterly plans at top retailers and drive business growth.
  • Provide training and coaching to distributor and wholesale sales teams to enhance their sales capabilities.
  • Regularly report customer results through reports and presentations to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Progressive experience in the commercial area.
  • Basic English language skills.
  • Proficiency in office software and Google Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Presentation techniques.
  • Knowledge of Nielsen, Neogrid, and Scanntech systems.
