About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Development Executive to join our team in Porto Velho, Rondonia, Brazil. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and optimizing customer relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer visit plans to achieve sales targets and optimize customer relationships.
- Stay up-to-date on pricing policies, stock levels, and promotions to provide informed negotiations with customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and product launches to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quarterly plans at top retailers and drive business growth.
- Provide training and coaching to distributor and wholesale sales teams to enhance their sales capabilities.
- Regularly report customer results through reports and presentations to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Progressive experience in the commercial area.
- Basic English language skills.
- Proficiency in office software and Google Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Presentation techniques.
- Knowledge of Nielsen, Neogrid, and Scanntech systems.
