Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Validation Engineer to contribute to our innovative software development and integration efforts aimed at transforming mobility into a cleaner, smarter, and safer experience. Our company excels in embedded software, artificial intelligence, and digital solutions, empowering clients to adopt next-generation technologies effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop verification methods and plans in alignment with established requirements and standards.
2. Design and execute test procedures for ePowerTrain systems and components.
3. Translate specifications and use cases into comprehensive test cases through requirement reviews.
4. Create detailed test specifications based on Model-Based Testing (MBT) and software/component or subsystem requirements.
5. Automate test cases primarily utilizing Python-based tools.
6. Conduct component testing on Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) rigs according to specified requirements and standards.
7. Prepare design verification methods and associated test procedures.
8. Generate testing reports and document observations or issues.
9. Provide insights for enhancing test infrastructure and productivity.
10. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a global setting.
11. Perform failure analysis and escalate issues as necessary.
12. Participate in regular functional and project meetings.

Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Significant experience in testing physical systems.
- Proficient in working with HILs and rigs.
- Skilled in testing, operating, and maintaining high-voltage rigs.
- Strong understanding of ePowerTrain subsystems, with knowledge of inverters and electric motors being advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player.
