Fragrance Innovation Specialist


About the Role:
Our company is seeking an experienced Fragrance Innovation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and selecting the most appropriate fragrances for proactive and reactive projects. This involves working closely with perfumers to provide olfactory instructions and evaluating fragrance selections, modifications, and creations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement fragrance strategies for various projects.
  • Collaborate with perfumers to create unique and innovative fragrances.
  • Evaluate fragrance performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful project completion.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A Master's or bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Fragrances, or equivalent training.
  • 8-10 years of professional experience in a similar position in the fragrance industry.
  • High level of Spanish (C1-C2) and English (B2-C1) proficiency.
  • Exceptional olfactory evaluation skills.
