About the Role

We are a leading global technology services company, and we are looking for a skilled SAP HANA Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Help Desk team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our global customers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide remote support in English and Portuguese to users of a global company with operations in over 120 countries.
  • Work collaboratively with three other hubs located in India and Manila.
  • Respond to incidents through various channels, including portals, emails, chats, and phone calls.
  • Be willing to learn and provide functional support for SAP HANA and its various modules, as well as other global applications.
  • Follow standard operational procedures using the Service-Now tool.
  • Ensure compliance with established SLAs and OLA.
  • Manage incidents or escalate according to defined policies and structure.
  • Record events, problems, and resolutions clearly and accurately.
  • Monitor and update incident status and notify customers.
  • Report feedback, suggestions, escalations, and client feedback to the internal team.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
  • Education or studying in IT-related fields.
  • Desirable experience in IT.
