Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing Payments Acceptance and Experience initiatives, focusing on increasing payments performance while managing costs. This role requires an analytical expert who can resolve escalations and manage partnerships with internal clients.

This is a dynamic opportunity for a motivated individual to work independently in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision. They must be able to quickly absorb the nuances of our varied payment offerings as well as the behavior of our internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Payments Acceptance and Experience initiatives
  • Increase payments performance
  • Manage costs
  • Resolve escalations and manage internal client relationships
  • Communicate effectively across teams and with partners

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management
  • Able to use data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
  • Proven track record of leading process improvements
  • Expertise in lifecycle management of financial products
