AI Innovation Lead

Job Description:

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead the design and implementation of AI-native services that drive innovation in the utility sector.

You will be at the forefront of product development, responsible for architecting, fine-tuning, and deploying AI agents purpose-built for utility use cases, including predictive operations, customer engagement, and energy optimization.

As a key member of our engineering team, you will work closely with software engineers, data specialists, and security teams to integrate AI capabilities into the broader client OS, embedding AI by design into every product release.

  • Lead the development of AI systems from data ingestion and model training to real-time deployment and monitoring
  • Design and manage the complete AI pipeline ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, evaluation, and continuous deployment, ensuring reliability and scalability
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into the client OS, embedding AI by design into every product release
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Python and Golang, with expertise in ML/LLM frameworks, such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or equivalent

Experience with vector databases, orchestration frameworks, and modern MLOps practices

Track record of deploying AI services in production, with a strong grounding in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Analytical, collaborative, and comfortable with ambiguity, with the ability to thrive in small, high-velocity teams
