Senior Product Experience Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team on a short-term contract basis.
">Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in creating lovable apps, websites, and connected experiences for world-class companies and leading brands.
The successful candidate will lead and/or participate in group ideation and collaborative design sessions, providing design critiques and support to colleagues.
- Plan research for new projects and collect data for design audits
- Create mockups, concepts, and prototypes for client testing and approval
- Articulate design rationale effectively to internal and external audiences
Additional responsibilities include keeping up-to-date with the latest design and technology trends, creating detailed UI specifications and assets, and participating in internal team meetings and ceremonies.
Our ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and has excellent communication skills. They will be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and drive creative multi-platform experiences from initial concept to delivery.
The selected candidate will also be responsible for envisioning project lifecycles, connecting design decisions with business needs, and engaging actively with hardware and software advancements.
Requirements- Minimum 15 years of experience in product design
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs and meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and design trends
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities
This position is remote-friendly within Brazil, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.
