About the Role

As an Engineering Manager at our company, you will be responsible for building and managing high-performing engineering teams. You will work closely with senior engineers and data scientists to design and implement cutting-edge AI systems.

  • Develop and execute technical project plans
What We're Looking For

We are looking for a seasoned Engineering Manager with a proven track record of successful leadership and technical project management skills within an agile environment. The ideal candidate should have experience shipping LLM-based and agentic AI systems in production and possess strong technical fluency in Python, AWS, and orchestration libraries such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or OpenAI/Bedrock APIs.

  • 6+ years of software engineering experience with 1-3+ years in technical leadership or management
  • Proven technical project management and stakeholder management skills within an agile environment
  • Experience shipping LLM-based and agentic AI systems in production
  • Technical fluency in Python, AWS, and orchestration libraries such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or OpenAI/Bedrock APIs
