Job Description

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for scaling data science initiatives focused on behavior analytics to empower our associates and provide a personalized service experience to our clients. You will take ownership of leading the design and implementation of data-driven solutions to address business problems.

You will lead cross-functional teams to develop and deploy machine learning models to improve business processes and outcomes. Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data science and machine learning.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL and other tools (Databricks, AWS)
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques, including neural networks
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
  • Proven experience in crafting, testing and deploying ML projects in Python with keen focus on eliciting optimal outputs
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate into data science requirements, techniques, and solutions
  • Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of Natural Language Processing concepts a plus
