About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ESL teacher to join our team at EF Education First in San Diego. As an ESL teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language instruction to students of varying ages and proficiency levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of students
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve instruction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum 6 months' ESL teaching experience
  • CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, or EFL training preferred
  • Experience with standardized ESL exams, such as TOEFL, IELTS, and Cambridge, a plus
