Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented professional to join our Cloud Support team as a Cloud Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers leveraging Ubuntu and open source products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate complex customer issues by researching and escalating issues when necessary
  • Resolve customer problems related to Canonical's portfolio of products in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure high-quality customer satisfaction by setting the right expectations and fulfilling commitments
  • Engage directly with customers through various channels, including phone, ticketing systems, and remote sessions
  • Participate in a regular weekend working rotation
  • Contribute new knowledge base articles and maintain existing ones to ensure shared knowledge and lessons learned are available to customers
  • Understand the Ubuntu development process to set accurate customer expectations on timeline for a fix
