Job Title: Localization Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the localization process for written content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage each step of the localization process: initiating, executing, and closing projects
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure cross-team collaboration
  • C Coordinate with internal requestors and external language service providers to guarantee on-time delivery of written content
  • Analyze source files to identify potential challenges and establish preventative measures
  • Keep a record of financial data for each project
  • Organize training sessions for language service providers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proven track record of managing language localization projects and previous experience collaborating with language service providers in LATAM
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience is required
  • 5+ years of localization project management experience
  • Familiarity with computer-aided translation platforms
  • Detail-oriented, quality-focused with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
