Job Description:

iHunters is partnering with a global leader in the gaming industry. This company operates at the intersection of technology, entertainment, and data, delivering digital experiences in a dynamic environment.

As a senior manager, you will be responsible for coordinating CRM strategy execution across multiple channels. Your focus will be on creating engagement and driving objectives such as retention, reactivation, and cross-sell for gaming members.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive CRM strategy in collaboration with the HQ team, taking into account local compliance and market conditions;
  • Take ownership of the CRM plan;
  • Plan and develop campaigns using customer channels such as onsite messaging, email, messaging and social media;
  • Liaise with CRM Strategy Team in HQ for fine-tuning automated lifecycle journeys and market insights;
  • Ensure campaign execution and delivery is completed as per plan and stakeholders are aware of volumes, performance and outcomes;
  • Deploy bonus profitably through robust planning and analysis;
  • Analyze historical revenue performance and forecast future program performance;
  • Initiate and manage creative development from brief to delivery, focusing on customer insight and engagement;
  • Lead ongoing customer segmentation to identify insights and target segments with specific campaigns;
  • Identify customer touchpoints and implement right actions and communications;
  • Keep abreast of advertising standards and consumer protection laws in the local market;
  • Follow and report on competitor activity within the local market;
  • Regularly report to senior stakeholders on campaign success, demonstrating understanding of customer motivation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in CRM, lifecycle management or marketing, preferably in a technology company;
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing campaign strategy based on customer needs and profile;
  • Well-versed in extracting customer insight from data;
  • Great organization, planning and prioritization skills, with strong attention to detail;
  • Solid experience in implementing, driving and managing complex multi-channel campaigns;
  • Professional experience in operating CRM tools (Adobe Campaign or Salesforce CRM). Optimove tool is a plus;
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills;
  • Excellent command of the English language.
