The DuPont Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Senior Recruiter (outsourced employee). This role primarily involves recruiting key positions across various locations in North America, including operational, maintenance, laboratory, and administrative roles at DuPont's manufacturing and production sites. This position may also provide support for a Senior Recruiter responsible for roles in Latin America as needed. Collaborating closely with HR business partners and hiring managers, the Talent Advisor will be tasked with understanding business needs and staffing requirements, conducting market analysis, developing local sourcing strategies, and executing the recruitment process effectively. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding organizational abilities, communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the process, and maintain a strong focus on achieving high-quality recruitment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough and timely intake sessions with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and potential sourcing avenues.
  • Crafting compelling and informative job postings that highlight the unique features of job opportunities and attract qualified candidates.
  • Developing effective strategies to enhance diversity in candidate sourcing.
  • Providing regular updates to hiring managers and collaborating with HR partners.
  • Screening candidate applications and making recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Managing candidates as necessary during the integration of pre-employment assessments.
  • Building and nurturing positive relationships with hiring managers while promoting industry best practices to improve their recruitment strategies.
  • Participating in additional recruitment-related tasks or projects as assigned.
  • Complying with all employment laws and legal requirements for the U.S. and Latin America.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Advanced proficiency in English
  • Intermediate proficiency in Spanish
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting non-exempt positions
  • Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Ability to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Strong professional presence, including excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience recruiting for U.S.-based roles
  • Familiarity with Workday Recruit – ATS system
  • Proficiency in using Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools
