Job Title

A skilled professional is needed to manage the full creative process, drive measurable improvements in core advertising metrics, and develop high-converting ad scripts. The ideal candidate will have expertise in direct response marketing, paid advertisements, and performance creative for DTC brands.

Responsibilities
  • Brainstorm and pitch weekly ad ideas aligned with direct response principles.
  • Write 80-100 high-converting ad scripts per week for various platforms.
  • Analyze performance metrics to derive actionable insights for future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with editors and designers to ensure ads are visually compelling and on-brand.
Requirements
  • Fully remote work environment.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in direct response marketing or working at a creative agency.
  • Proficiency in performance analytics tools such as Triple Whale, Motion, and spreadsheets.
  • Lots of experience with creating briefs for UGC creators to produce high converting content across paid channels.
  • Creative and analytical mindset with ability to generate fresh ideas and make data-driven decisions based on ad performance.
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD $36,000 USD to $70,000 USD per year, plus a performance bonus structure based on experience and expertise.
