Senior Safety and Compliance Professional

The Senior Safety and Compliance Leader is responsible for implementing safety policies across multiple delivery stations, ensuring compliance with local and regional regulations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead continuous improvement initiatives to minimize risk in operational processes
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and provide data analysis to enhance trust and confidence among operations teams
  • Collaborate with operations leaders and regional teams to integrate workplace health and safety standards into site operations

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Environmental, Ergonomics)
  • Experience in managing WHS programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations
  • Knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and technical standards
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing WHS policies, processes, and procedural documentation
  • Leadership experience with the ability to manage people effectively
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts
  • Proficient English skills
