Job Title: Gerente de Finanças

At Hyatt Place Macaé, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gerente de Finanças to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our finance and accounting division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and manage the hotel's annual budget, including revenue projections, expense allocations, and capital expenditure plans.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Financial Control: Ensure compliance with accounting principles, corporate policies, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Team Management: Supervise the finance team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Language Skills: Advanced Portuguese and English skills in speaking, listening, writing, and reading.
  • Experience: Proven experience in financial management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of local tax laws and regulatory requirements related to finance and accounting.
