We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in a dynamic role with diverse responsibilities. As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing technical information and advice on product applications, delivering training sessions, investigating and resolving product issues at customer sites, supporting the sales team and customers with technical queries, developing recipes tailored to regional markets, and establishing collaborations with industrial partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with customers to explore new opportunities and develop strategic relationships.
- Provide technical expertise and support to internal stakeholders, including the sales team and other departments.
- Deliver high-quality training sessions to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Investigate and resolve product application issues at customer sites, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Offer technical guidance and support to customers, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.
- Develop innovative recipes using our products tailored to specific regional markets.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with industrial partners, collaborating on joint application trials and projects.
- Troubleshoot and respond to inquiries regarding technical, formulation, or processing issues.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a technical or customer-facing role.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with a proactive mindset.
