Job Description

As a Senior Producer, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining the highest standards of quality. Your primary focus will be on planning project scope, creating detailed schedules, and preparing statements of work for external partners. You will also monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze successes and failures, identify areas for improvement, and inform future game development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Head of Interactive to develop project roadmaps and ensure seamless execution of game development plans.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and to agreed-upon quality targets.
  • Facilitate playtesting sessions to gather player feedback and implement improvements to enhance overall game quality.
  • Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and potential risks.
Requirements and Skills

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle game production, preferably in a producer role.
  • Proven track record of delivering multiple games simultaneously, managing relationships with external partners, and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A charismatic self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for driving initiatives forward.
  • Resourcefulness in making timely decisions and empowering teams to troubleshoot and problem-solve.
