Financial Markets Legal Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide comprehensive legal support to our business lines. This role involves delivering legal guidance, document management, cross-jurisdiction coordination, and deal structuring.
Key Responsibilities:- Legal Support: Deliver legal advice to our business lines, particularly in financial markets, banking regulation, and derivatives.
- Document Management: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of documents related to local and cross-border loans and derivatives (including agreements and ancillary contracts).
- Cross-Jurisdiction Coordination: Collaborate with business teams and other stakeholders to coordinate internal legal discussions for multi-jurisdictional transactions.
- Deal Structuring: Support business teams in structuring complex and innovative deals, reviewing new product initiatives, and providing regulatory advice.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:- Experience: At least 7 years of experience in a legal or financial services industry.
- Knowledge: Profound understanding of financial markets, banking regulation, and derivatives.
- Licensing: Licensed attorney in Brazil.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English.
- Skill Set:
- Drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong team-oriented skills.
- Ability to apply technical knowledge to complex transactions.
