We are Arvore Immersive Experiences, a pioneering startup in the virtual reality content creation scene.

Our team is seeking an exceptionally talented and creative individual to collaborate on innovative immersive and narrative-driven XR experiences. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects with a high level of autonomy and creative freedom.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and integrating 3D animation content in line with the creative vision. This role involves working creatively to produce original and aesthetically pleasing designs and solutions for XR experiences throughout our production cycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the team to ensure alignment with the product's direction and creative vision
  • Researching techniques to provide accurate designs for requested animations
  • Supporting the Lead and Game Producer in estimating and managing workload to meet project milestones
  • Efficiently communicating and supporting messages and decisions made
  • Establishing artistic benchmarks and offering advice to less experienced artists

**Must-Have Skills and Qualifications:**

Strong practical experience using 3D character animation software, such as Maya or Blender

Experience with game engines like Unity or Unreal

Excellent understanding of animation principles, acting, staging, posing, weight, timing, and storytelling

Familiarity with node-graph based animation systems

Experience with character rigging and weighting, including proficiency with rigging tools

Background or experience in fine arts, demonstrating a thorough understanding of physical motion, weight, and balance

**Nice-to-Have Skills and Qualifications:**

Working with motion capture and real-time animation

Familiarity with Google G Suite, Monday, Slack, and Github

Previous knowledge or experience with VR and AR content

Passion for games, movies, TV, art, animation, electronics, RPGs, theater, and narrative experiences

Experience with the process of developing games and familiarity with the Virtual Reality medium

An estimated salary range of $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
