Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary:

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing accurate, timely and meaningful financial data to enable business partners in decision making. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner closely with Cluster/Franchise teams within Latin America, Finance, and other relevant groups;
  • Month-end and quarter close responsibilities (financial reports, SOX comments, consolidation of results to leadership);
  • Support on data quality routines, working closely with the Finance Systems team and ensuring accuracy of information in our systems and reports;
  • Exposure to senior leadership of Finance Organization;
  • Support the Finance Team with data and relevant commentary in close and planning cycles;
  • Involvement in key projects mainly related to process automation.

Qualifications:
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Management, Engineering or related field;
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Power Point;
- At least 2 years of experience in Finance;
- Strong communication skills (oral and written);
- A highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and proven leadership skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A);
- Background with planning tools such as TM1, Hyperion or similar;
- Experience with Alteryx, Power BI.
Other:
- English proficiency is required; Spanish preferred.
