Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned professional to drive innovation in machine learning engineering. As part of our mission, you'll be developing and deploying systems that fuel revenue growth through intelligent personalization and optimization.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and deploy large-scale ML models capable of serving 100M+ predictions daily
  • Design ranking algorithms that balance relevance, diversity, and revenue outcomes
  • Implement real-time personalization features with latency under 50 ms
  • Run A/B tests and analyze model performance against key business metrics
  • Optimize models for production (latency, throughput, cost)
  • Collaborate with product teams to identify new opportunities for personalization
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience building production-ready ML systems
  • Strong expertise in ranking algorithms (collaborative filtering, deep learning, learning-to-rank)
  • Proficiency in Python and popular ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
  • Experience with distributed computing (Spark, Ray)
  • Track record of shipping models that deliver tangible business value
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
